The hotel location is not ideal, being situated on a very busy motorway and the rooms are shabby and congested. Despite these shortcomings, the service was good especially at reception, and the Indonesian food at the restaurant was surprisingly good.

I found the hotel to be quite convenient and good, despite some aspects that could be improved. The service was kind in general, and the night Receptionist was polite and friendly. The location, though not perfect, was close to the airport, making it a suitable choice for airport transfers.
